Baywater Healthcare required a reputable specialist converter with a proven track record in medical and healthcare conversions, to convert 137 x all-new Renault Master panel vans to their in-depth specification. The conversion included bespoke crash tested racking, a bespoke composite ‘wine rack’ gas bottle storage solution, sustainable floor and lining kits, a full onboard power system, vehicle ventilation, and a full health and safety pack, amongst much more.

To ensure a seamless flow of vehicles through the production lines, and with a versatile team of print operators and fitters behind them, FLEX was chosen to complete the corporate livery aspect of the conversion for all 137 Baywater vehicles. Opting for specialist materials that kept cost to a minimum whilst maintaining a top quality finish, FLEX was able to fully satisfy both the TGS conversion teams, and Baywater themselves.
